Orders and availability

Orders are accepted subject to availability. Because DeskSpotter units are assembled in small batches, timing and stock may vary. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel and refund it.

Software, support, and updates

DeskSpotter software may change over time. Features, data sources, and update availability are not guaranteed indefinitely, but reasonable support will be provided for setup questions and product issues.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DeskSpotter is provided without warranties beyond those required by applicable consumer protection laws. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from use of the product, store, public data sources, or third-party services.
