DeskSpotter is a hobby aviation desk display for general information and personal enjoyment. It is not certified for aviation, navigation, safety, emergency, or operational decision-making use.

DeskSpotter relies on WiFi and public third-party data sources for aircraft, airport, and weather information. Data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect, and third-party services may change without notice.

Orders are accepted subject to availability. Because DeskSpotter units are assembled in small batches, timing and stock may vary. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel and refund it.

DeskSpotter software may change over time. Features, data sources, and update availability are not guaranteed indefinitely, but reasonable support will be provided for setup questions and product issues.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DeskSpotter is provided without warranties beyond those required by applicable consumer protection laws. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from use of the product, store, public data sources, or third-party services.
