Refund and Return Policy

Return window
If something is wrong with your DeskSpotter, email contact@deskspotter.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos or video if that helps explain the problem.
Return approval
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Please do not ship a unit back until you receive return instructions. Items should be returned in the same condition they arrived, with the device, enclosure, and any included parts protected for shipping.
Damaged or defective items
If the unit arrives damaged or does not work as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you on a repair, replacement, replacement part, or refund depending on the issue and available stock.
Items not eligible for return
Items that have been damaged by misuse, modified after delivery, returned incomplete, or returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, shipping damage, or a confirmed defect.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Use tracked shipping when returning an item.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. Orders can usually be cancelled before they ship, but not after a tracking number has been created or the package has been handed to the carrier.
