Processing time
DeskSpotter units are assembled in small batches. We strive to have each enclosure built within 5 business days, then complete assembly, firmware setup, and bench testing before shipping. Total processing time can vary based on current demand, parts availability, and final testing.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping options, costs, taxes, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. If a shipping detail needs confirmation, we will contact you before shipping.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an address mistake, email contact@deskspotter.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after the order ships.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price unless Shopify checkout clearly states otherwise.
Delivery issues
If your order appears delayed, damaged, or missing, email contact@deskspotter.com with your order number. For damage claims, include photos of the packaging and product within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve it.
