Shipping Policy

DeskSpotter units are assembled in small batches. We aim to have each enclosure built within 5 business days, then finish assembly, firmware setup, and bench testing before shipping. Total processing time can vary based on current demand, parts availability, and final testing.

Standard shipping is free to Canada and the USA. Typical delivery is 5 to 8 business days within Canada and 7 to 12 business days to the USA after processing. Paid expedited options are available at checkout. Taxes are shown at checkout. For US orders, import duties are calculated and collected at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay when the package arrives. For destinations outside Canada and the USA, shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships.

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an address mistake, email contact@deskspotter.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after the order ships.

Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges are set by the destination country. When checkout shows duties and taxes for your address, they are collected there and nothing more is owed on delivery. When checkout does not show them, they are payable to the carrier when the package arrives.

If your order appears delayed, damaged, or missing, email contact@deskspotter.com with your order number. For damage claims, include photos of the packaging and product within 7 days of delivery so we can sort it out.
